Terms
of Service

By using the Arcticore website and downloading our materials, you agree to the terms of this agreement. Please read it carefully before using the service.

1

General Provisions

This agreement governs the relationship between Arcticore (hereinafter "the Organiser") and the website user (hereinafter "the User").

Using the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all terms of this agreement. If you disagree with any provisions, please refrain from using the website.

2

Subject of the Agreement

The Organiser provides the User with access to information about Arctic expeditions aboard the nuclear icebreaker 50 Years of Victory, as well as software for exploring routes and 3D cabin tours.

All downloadable materials are intended solely for personal review and may not be used for commercial purposes without the written consent of the Organiser.

3

Booking Terms

Completing the contact form on the website constitutes a request for consultation and does not imply the conclusion of a service contract.

A contract is deemed concluded only after a formal agreement has been signed between the Organiser and the User, and payment confirmation has been received in accordance with the established terms.

The Organiser reserves the right to decline a booking without explanation.

4

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the website are in Russian roubles and are indicative. The final cost is determined in the contract based on the selected cabin category, voyage date, and additional services.

The Organiser reserves the right to change participation costs without prior notice before a contract is concluded.

5

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are determined individually in the contract with each expedition participant.

As a general rule, cancellations made more than 90 days before departure incur an administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

6

Liability

The Organiser is not liable for the inability to conduct the expedition due to force majeure: adverse ice or weather conditions, government decisions, vessel technical failures, or other circumstances beyond the Organiser's reasonable control.

The User accepts all risks associated with participation in an Arctic expedition and agrees to comply with the safety requirements established by the icebreaker's crew.

7

Intellectual Property

All website materials, including texts, photographs, videos, 3D tour software, and graphic elements, are the intellectual property of Arcticore.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use of materials without the Organiser's written permission is prohibited.

8

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. All disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts.
